Under 500 Calories

These hearty recipes with less than 500 calories per serving are satisfying, healthy, and full of flavor!

Lately we’ve been loving this savory pork stew, packed with tender meat and vegetables. Sheet pan pesto chicken is a complete meal baked in the oven on one pan. Be sure to try black-eyed pea soup; it’s one of our favorites!
