Strawberry Sorbet with Mint (2 Ingredients, 5 Minutes!)
All you need are a blender, two ingredients, and five minutes for this refreshing and healthy strawberry sorbet with mint.

Not in Michigan, that’s for sure. But we’re going to just play along and make some big plans. Big summertime plans. I’m ready for planning, aren’t you?
This strawberry sorbet screams summertime.
Not to mention it’s the easiest thing ever to make – and who doesn’t want that during the summer? No one wants to be inside slaving away when they could be outside enjoying the sun.
All you do is mix frozen berries and fresh mint together in a high speed blender. Add just enough water to get things going, and there ya have it – strawberry sorbet! If it’s not sweet enough for you, you can add a bit of your favorite sweetener, but I found it to be absolutely perfect just the way it is.
Speaking of perfection, can we talk just for a second about the color of this stuff? Isn’t it beyond gorgeous? I just love it.
Speaking of strawberries…
I have a few more strawberry recipes that I’m sure you’re going to love!
- 16 ounces frozen strawberries (3-4 cups)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint, more for garnish if desired
- Blend in a high speed blender, pushing down sides as needed. Keep repeating this until sorbet is smooth. If needed, add a few extra drops of water – little by little. If you overdo the water, you’ll have a smoothie, not sorbet.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh mint.
If sorbet is too tangy for your taste, add a small amount of sweetener of your choice.
Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Changes I would make: None are necessary but I can’t wait to try this with basil instead of mint.
