Can I let you in on a secret? My favorite way to spend an entire day is not in the kitchen! I’d rather spend hours outside at a park with my husband and kids, catch up on my DVR, or sit around a campfire. I don’t want to spend 3 hours making dinner. Instead, I want to hear about what happened at school today, or play a game of UNO. 

I’m guessing you’re similar. Maybe it’s Apples to Apples and not UNO, or maybe it’s your cuddly little fur-baby instead of kids. Or maybe you’d just rather catch up on the Real Housewives than cook an elaborate feast. I get it…I really do! 

That’s why you’re going to find a ton of quick and easy meals here. I have entire categories of recipes devoted to getting you out of the kitchen faster. It sounds counterintuitive that a food blogger wants to get out of the kitchen, but I pride myself on honesty, and I honestly hate doing dishes.
