Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cinnamon.

Heat milk mixture over low heat until warm, whisking frequently. Do not boil, but heat until small bubbles form around the edge of the pan, and then remove from heat.
Pour freshly brewed hot coffee or espresso into a cup. Add the cinnamon milk.
¼ cup strong coffee, or 1 to 2 shots of espresso
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of additional cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Milk options: You can make your latte with any type of milk you prefer, including non-dairy. The nutrition information is calculated using 2% milk and does not include whipped cream garnish.
Add froth. If you'd like to top your latte with a coffee shop-style froth, reserve ¼ cup of the heated milk. Use a frother or whisk the milk vigorously to create the froth. Carefully pour the froth on the top of your latte.
