1box(20 ounces) brownie mix(I use Ghirardhelli Triple Chocolate for this recipe)
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2large eggs(the mix calls for 1 egg but for the waffles, I add an extra egg)

Instructions
Whisk together eggs, water, and oil until combined. Add brownie mix and mix until just combined.
⅓ cup water, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, 1 box (20 ounces) brownie mix
Pour into preheated waffle maker and bake for 3 minutes, or as directed on your waffle maker. Try not to undercook the waffles. Do not open until the waffle maker stops steaming.
Remove and enjoy topped with fruit, whipped cream, or ice cream. Hot fudge would be good too! And sprinkles are always a good decision.

Yield: Makes about 3 large Belgian waffles, serves 6 (½ large waffle each).
