In a cocktail shaker (or small jar), combine the raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle them (with a muddler or end of a wooden spoon) until the berries are broken up— about 15 seconds.
1 tablespoon raspberry jam, 3 to 5 fresh raspberries, 2 large fresh mint leaves
Add vodka and stir or muddle a little more.
1 ½ oz. vodka
Pour the muddled berries through a small fine mesh sieve into a glass. Make sure to push all of the juice out to get the full flavor!
Top with enough rosé to fill the glass. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
4 oz. sparkling rosé, chilled

Notes
Try a different berry. Any jam and berry combination will work in this recipe — strawberry, blackberry, cherry, even mixed berry!
Can't find sparkling rosé? Substitute a 50/50 mix of regular rosé and club soda.
N/A: Use a NA vodka and your favorite NA sparkling rosé or raspberry flavored sparkling flavored water. For a lighter cocktail with some alcohol but not as much, omit the vodka.
