Light and tangy cream cheese fruit dip is the perfect healthy snack or party appetizer, made with only 4 ingredients. Pair it with your favorite seasonal fruit!
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
4 ounces cream cheese
Add yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla bean scrapings, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until combined and smooth, scraping down sides as needed, about 1 minute.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar, scrapings/seeds of one vanilla bean, 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 ½ cups.

Notes
Using vanilla bean paste: If desired, substitute 1 tablespoon of vanilla bean paste for the vanilla bean and vanilla extract.
Adjust sweetness: I like my dip slightly tangy but feel free to add more sugar to taste. If you prefer, substitute granulated or powdered sugar if you want more of a bright white dip.
Storage: Dip should be refrigerated in a covered container. It will keep for up to 1 week. If needed, give it an extra whip again before serving. Fruit dip freezes well for up to 2 months. Defrost the dip overnight in the fridge.
Suggested dippers: Choose a firm fruit that won't fall apart in the dip. Seasonal fruits are always better-tasting. Try strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes, apple slices, and watermelon. You can also dip graham crackers, pretzels, brownie bites, etc. for a sweeter treat.
Variations: Use fruit-flavored Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt. I recommend reducing the amount of brown sugar if you use a sweet flavored yogurt. To make chocolate fruit dip, beat 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the cream cheese. Refer to the post above for more ideas.
