I’ve cracked the code for the secret Big Mac sauce that makes those iconic burgers so delicious! With a handful of kitchen staples, you can take your homemade burgers to the next level.
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Big Mac sauce can be used as a topping on many different sandwiches. The sauce makes a good salad dressing, too. Try my Big Mac salad, a hearty main course salad that mimics the iconic burger. Big Mac sauce is a tasty dip (especially with sweet potato fries!), or drizzle it on roasted vegetables.
Notes

Storage: Refrigerate Big Mac sauce in a covered container or jar for up to 1 week. Stir well before serving.
Make it a dip: Stir in a couple of tablespoons of sour cream or Greek yogurt to thicken the sauce and use it for a dip.
