Take pork tenderloin out of the fridge 15 minutes before starting the recipe. This will help it cook evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, onion powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin: Slip a knife under it and then pull the silver area off while cutting with the knife as needed. It’s helpful to use a paper towel to grip the silver skin while you’re pulling it.
1 pork tenderloin
Rub the pork tenderloin with Dijon mustard, ensuring it's coated evenly.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pork tenderloin, massaging it into the meat so the spices adhere to the meat.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
Place the tenderloin in the preheated air fryer basket. It typically fits when placed diagonally, but cut it in two even halves if necessary or if you want to slightly reduce the cook time.
Cook the tenderloin in the air fryer at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes for a whole tenderloin (or 12 to 14 minutes for a tenderloin that’s cut in half). The internal temperature should be 145°F (63°C) for a slightly pink center, or 160°F (71°C) for well-done. It should be at least 140°F; temperature will continue to rise after cooking.
Remove pork from air fryer, or let it remain in the warm air fryer. Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
If you don't care for mustard, mix the seasonings with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Rub into pork loin; continue with recipe as directed.
