Air fryer corn on the cobis a quick and easy method for perfectly roasted corn in minutes! Tender, crisp corn on the cob is the perfect side for your favorite summer meals.
Husk corn and remove silk. Rinse and dry. Cut corn in half or cut off ends if needed to fit into air fryer.
4 ears corn on the cob
Brush or spray corn with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
1 teaspoon olive oil, kosher salt to taste, coarse ground black pepper to taste
Air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes. This amount of time should yield tender, cooked corn.
If a more golden brown or charred appearance and taste is desired, continue to cook for 4 to 6 more minutes.

Storage: Corn on the cob will always taste the best when it’s fresh! However, you can wrap any leftovers tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate them for up to 3 days. You can reheat ears of corn in the microwave.
Freezing: Make sure that your corn is cool, then wrap them and place them into a resealable ziptop bag. Cut cooked kernels off of the cob to save space. Freeze for up to 3 to 4 months, and defrost in the fridge before using or reheating.
