All you need is a sharp knife, a cutting board, and a large skillet or wok. In thirty minutes or less, you can have a sizzling beef and vegetable dinner on the table.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until no large lumps of cornstarch remain. Set aside.
Pat the steak dry with a paper towel. Very lightly season it with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the olive oil to a heavy bottomed skillet set over medium-high heat. When the olive oil is hot, add in the steak and sear for 2 minutes per side.
Remove the steak to a plate. Add the remaining stir-fry ingredients (snow peas, broccoli, carrot, and green onion). Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp tender.
