It’s a one pan dinner that’s ready in a half hour.

Mix up the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, cornstarch) in a small bowl or measuring cup.


Okay, now put a nice big skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Add a couple teaspoons of oil and then add the ground meat, onions, and mushrooms.


Add the veggies: the coleslaw mix, carrots, and green onions.



Give the bowl of sauce ingredients a little stir to make sure the cornstarch hasn’t settled to the bottom.
