2(6 oz. each) boneless skinless chicken breasts (see note)
2teaspoonsolive oil
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspooncoarse ground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoondried parsley
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together oil and seasonings. Rub all sides of the chicken with seasoning mixture.
Place in air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flip, and continue to cook for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when checked with an instant read thermometer. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

For 8 ounce chicken breasts, cook for 10 minutes, flip, and continue to cook for 9-11 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF when checked with an instant read thermometer.
Substitute my all-purpose seasoning for the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley. You'll need 2¾ teaspoons.
Leftover chicken can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for at least 1 month. For best results, thaw frozen chicken overnight in the fridge before reheating.
