Ingredients

English cucumber, chopped

fresh tomatoes, chopped

crumbled feta cheese

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar

tablespoons
olive oil
coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Divide tomatoes and cucumbers between two plates. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
If you prefer, use a balsamic vinaigrette.
