Ingredients

oz.
cream cheese, softened
½
cup
butter, softened (1 stick)

pkg.
(1 oz.) sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix
½
cup
powdered sugar
1 ½
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
½
cup
graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients together except graham cracker crumbs. Once smooth, roll into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs and place on rimmed baking sheet.
Chill for at least an hour. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with pretzels or vanilla wafers.
Notes
If mixture seems too soft to roll, chill it until it firms up.
