Ingredients

unsalted butter, softened

honey

bread flour

white whole wheat flour

salt

active dry yeast

flax seeds

cup
pepitas
(shelled pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
Put all ingredients (except pepitas) into the pan of your bread machine in the order recommended in the manual.
Select basic white cycle and press start. When the timer beeps during the knead cycle, add pepitas.
Smell the wonderful scent of bread baking, and don’t stress about it, because it is going to turn out beautifully.
Allow to cool before slicing. Tastes great toasted!
Notes
Substitute sunflower seeds for pepitas, if desired.
