Pico de Gallo Recipe
Perfect with crisp tortilla chips or pretty much anything else, you can make your own authentic fresh pico de gallo with only six ingredients!

Ingredients

finely diced tomatoes, seeds removed

finely chopped red or white onion

jalapeño pepper, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped

chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Taste and season with additional salt if desired.
Serve immediately, or for best results, let flavors meld for an hour before serving.
