This peach banana cottage cheese smoothie is a perfect snack or breakfast for kids and adults. Cottage cheese gives an extra boost of protein!

Ingredients

ripe banana, frozen

heaping cups frozen peach slices

low-fat cottage cheese

cup
milk
(I use nonfat but any type of milk will work)

tablespoons
honey, or to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to substitute another fruit for the peaches.
The riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie will be.
If the banana isn't frozen, the consistency of the smoothie will be thinner.
