Healthy Southwestern Black Bean Dip
This healthy and creamy southwestern black bean dip only uses four ingredients and one packs an extra punch of protein. You’ll love this for dipping or for spreading on sandwiches.

Ingredients

(15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

cup
low-fat cottage cheese
1
tablespoon
taco seasoning
2
teaspoons
fresh lime juice
vegetables, chips, or crackers for serving
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender, scraping down sides as necessary until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve cold with chips or crackers or vegetables. It makes a great spread for sandwiches or wraps, too.
