Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS

• Jasmine Rice • Water • Oil • Kosher salt

STEP: 1

Add rice to the insert of your Instant Pot.

STEP: 2

Add water.

STEP: 3

Add oil.

STEP: 4

Add salt.

STEP: 5

Push down any rice that may be on the side of the pot to submerge in liquid.

STEP: 6

Secure cover, turn valve to seal, and set Instant Pot on the manual setting for 5 minutes on high pressure.

STEP: 7

When the timer goes off, let naturally release for 10 minutes.

STEP: 8

Once 10 minutes has elapsed, quick release pressure, fluff with a fork, and serve.
