• whole wheat flour • salt & peppers • egg • whole wheat panko bread crumbs • Parmesan cheese • dried parsley • boneless skinless chicken breast • olive oil spray
Preheat air fryer at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes.
In small bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, and pepper. Mix lightly.
In small bowl add whole wheat panko bread crumbs.
Add Parmesan cheese to whole wheat panko bread crumbs.
Add dried parsley to Parmesan cheese and whole wheat panko bread crumbs. Mix lightly.
Add egg and beat lightly.
One at a time, coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the Panko mixture, pressing lightly to help the coating adhere.
Add nuggets to air fryer. Spray each with olive oil spray. Cook for 7 mins. or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
