Isn’t this juice the prettiest color? I just love how bright and vibrant it is — and all natural!

Juice without juicer. Can’t get better than that! Although…a juicer is on my wish list too. I need a bigger kitchen first, though. This juice works best if you have a decent, high powered blender. I have a Blendtec.

This juice is not only beautiful in color but it is also delicious and really good for you. I also make green juice without a juicer which is my go-to recipe, but I love switching it up with this gorgeous orange juice.

It’s very simple to make — only three ingredients plus water. Carrots, oranges, and fresh ginger. The carrots give you tons of great nutrients (mama always said carrots were good for your eyes, right?). The orange lends a beautiful sweetness and makes this a little more palatable than straight-up carrot juice might be. And the ginger keeps things interesting. Ginger has its own health benefits, but it also adds amazing flavor and just the right amount of spiciness.

Push this through a fine mesh strainer after blending it really well in a blender for a perfectly smooth texture. I like to serve my juice over ice because I think it tastes better that way, but that’s purely my preference.

This juice might make a good breakfast on Black Friday to start detoxing from that huge Thanksgiving meal.

Hi ! What do you do with what didn’t get thru the strainer? First time using one and I’m trying to be wasteful. Any suggestions? Also, this tastes really good !

Hmm I’m not sure, I usually just throw it out. Sorry I don’t have a better tip! I wonder if you could use it in muffins or something?

This is delicious! I only strained out the larger pieces that were not ground up in my blender so I would get more fiber out of it. I’ll be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.
