Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice without a Juicer
You don’t need a juicer to make this nutrient packed juice. You can make juice without a juicer! You’ll feel great and it tastes great too.
Isn’t this juice the prettiest color? I just love how bright and vibrant it is — and all natural!
Juice without juicer. Can’t get better than that! Although…a juicer is on my wish list too. I need a bigger kitchen first, though. This juice works best if you have a decent, high powered blender. I have a Blendtec.
This juice is not only beautiful in color but it is also delicious and really good for you. I also make green juice without a juicer which is my go-to recipe, but I love switching it up with this gorgeous orange juice.
It’s very simple to make — only three ingredients plus water. Carrots, oranges, and fresh ginger. The carrots give you tons of great nutrients (mama always said carrots were good for your eyes, right?). The orange lends a beautiful sweetness and makes this a little more palatable than straight-up carrot juice might be. And the ginger keeps things interesting. Ginger has its own health benefits, but it also adds amazing flavor and just the right amount of spiciness.
Push this through a fine mesh strainer after blending it really well in a blender for a perfectly smooth texture. I like to serve my juice over ice because I think it tastes better that way, but that’s purely my preference.
This juice might make a good breakfast on Black Friday to start detoxing from that huge Thanksgiving meal.

- 6 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1/2- inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeling removed
- 1 cup water
- Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender (I use a Blendtec, a Vitamix would work great too).
- Blend well, at least a minute, up to 2 minutes depending on blender. Push through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp, if desired.
- Serve with ice.
