Yogurt Popsicles with Berries and Chia (2 ingredients)
Ditch the artificially flavored and unnaturally colored popsicles in favor of these yogurt popsicles with berries and chia. Your body will thank you. With only 2 ingredients, they’re SO easy to make!
My kids are obsessed with popsicles. I don’t know many kids that aren’t, to be honest. With N’s allergies to sesame, nuts, and kiwi, I have to be very careful about what I purchase. In a way, it’s really great because it’s made me super conscientious about what type of products I purchase, bringing me to the simplest, cleanest ingredients. I’ve always tried to avoid artificial colors, if at all possible, and boy oh boy, it’s not easy to find a popsicle without some sort of dye in it.
Considering how easy it is to make popsicles at home, there’s really no excuse for me to not whip up a batch of these yogurt popsicles. Plus, if you’re buying the all-natural fancy schmancy ice pops, you’re paying a pretty penny for them. Sometimes it is worth it for convenience, yes, but really, these are SO easy to make!
The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze. I can’t even tell you how many times my kids asked me if these were ready yet. And then my poor kids have to wait for them to be photographed too. I’m teaching them patience. It’s an important personality trait!
To amp up the nutrition in these ice pops, I partnered with The Greek Gods® yogurt and put their nonfat Greek yogurt with chia seeds to work. That’s how we end up with an ice pop with yogurt, chia, and berries….but only three ingredients.
If you don’t have popsicle molds (I use these), a dixie cup and popsicle stick will work out just fine!

Husband’s take: He hasn’t tried these and neither have the kids yet! I’m such a bad mom.
Changes I would make: None are necessary but if you don’t have blueberries on hand, feel free to substitute with a different berry.
