Jewelry. A girl can never have enough, right?

RocksBox Review

When RocksBox approached me* and asked me to try out their fun service, I said “Yes please!”

And this this pretty little box showed up at my door. How adorable is that pink bow!

Here’s how the service works:

  • For $19 a month ($10 discount off your first month if you use my referral link!), you get sent three items of jewelry. Prior to them sending you items, you’ll fill out a style survey so they know what you like.
  • You then are able to wear the jewelry for as long as you want (that’s right!) before buying it at 20% off of retail price or sending it back. The envelope they send you the items in is reusable and they include postage for sending back items so you don’t have any cost to cover for shipping.
  • When you send it back (or purchase it), they’ll send you three more items to wear! Make sure to give your stylist feedback so they get a feel for what you like.
  • Lather, rinse, repeat! You can do it as often as you want. No obligation to remain a member for any length of time. But they do discount membership if you commit to 6 or 12 months.

I wore my pieces for about 2 weeks before sending them back. It’s not that I didn’t love them, but we’re pinching pennies for house stuff right now.

So here’s what I got…

House of Harlow 1960 – Aztec Bangle in Black – $38.40

I loved this bangle. I’m kind of sad I sent it back, actually. It’s heavy, well made, and so pretty! I loved the gold with the contrasting black fabric underneath.

Pretty, right?

Isharya – Pink Orange Minaret Shaded Enamel Earrings – $62.40

These were so fun and a perfect match for one of my shirts. Definitely a fun statement piece. A bit on the heavy side, but doable since they aren’t an everyday earring.

Gorjana – Taner Shimmer Necklace in Rose Gold – $48.00

I had a hard time getting a good photo of this necklace (you can see it on Instagram too), but it was so pretty! I loved how delicate it was and how it was a switch up from standard silver or gold. The rose gold was really pretty and feminine.

Overall, I’d highly recommend RockBox if you love jewelry and get bored easily. It’s such a fun service. I go to stores like Charming Charlie (which I love) but then I end up wandering around and can never think of an outfit that a particular piece might go with. This service solves that problem! And you can also tell that these are really quality pieces that will last and not fall apart right away after a few wears.
