I’m willing to bet 80% of you have a can of whipped topping sitting in their fridge. Perfect for the occasional cup of hot cocoa, or top of a milkshake or just to squirt right into your mouth! The whipped topping is the crowning glory of this fun and easy recipe. I know I say all my recipes are easy, but this one really, really, really is.

Ready for this? Hold on to your hats, I’m about to take you through a culinary masterpiece.

Pull some phyllo cups out of the freezer. (If you’re not keeping a stock of these in your freezer, you’re doing something wrong.)

Chop up some bananas and throw them into the bottoms of the phyllo cups.

Spoon some dark fudge pudding over top of the bananas.

  1. Anything that starts with phyllo is bound to be amazing! And I love the chocolate-banana combo!

  2. easy-peasy

  3. Okay I have to admit—and in writing no less—that I don’t have a supply of phyllo in my freezer. In the past I haven’t made my peace with using it. However I am getting the message if I follow your site you will hold my hand or push and pull me to quit being such a weenie—–to put on my big girl panties and just practice. This looks like a simple and delicious incentive to dive in and try.
    Smiles—

  4. I have some shells in my freezer now! Question-do you bake your shells at all before you use them? The last time I use them for my Lemon Curd Tarts they were a little chewy. Any suggestions?

  5. Oooh these look yummy and simple. Do you not have to bake the phyllo cups? That would be a bonus.

  6. How did you know about the can of whipped cream (or two) that I have on hand at ALL TIMES. It’s A guilty pleasure about which I don’t feel at all guilty. These little treats are brilliant, and I want to pop every single one of them into my mouth (right after I added extra whipped cream, naturally.)

  7. 4 ingredients and 2 steps?! Now THIS is my kind of dessert! The hubs has an obsession with both pudding and bananas so he is gonna love these! Pinned
