First of all, if you missed my last announcement, I want to remind you that I’ve moved my RSS feed.  If you subscribe via RSS, please update my feed address (new feed: and since Google Reader will soon be gone, please subscribe through Feedly or Blog Lovin’. I use and love Feedly for my blog reads.

Second reminder: I’ve moved to Mail Chimp for my email newsletters. The new email updates are much more attractive (at least that is the goal) and if you subscribe, I’ll be eternally grateful. Never miss a recipe or a giveaway!

Third — and what this is really about, is something you may have noticed. I have been slowly (and I mean slooooooowly) adding ZipList to my site.

If you are unfamiliar with ZipList, it is a great way to organize your recipes, shopping lists, and meal planning. They even have a mobile app which would be great in the grocery store.

I’ve partnered with ZipList to make viewing, printing, and saving my recipes so much easier for you guys. I hope that this is a feature that you’ll use and love. ZipList also works with AOL’s KitchenDaily,,, Recipe Girl, Simply Recipes, and many, many more sites. This means you can compile a recipe box full of your favorite recipes from these sites as well as my own. You can easily access your saved recipes at any time from my site by clicking on the recipe box page link near the top of the screen. You can also go there to set up a free account if you don’t already have one.

As I mentioned, you’ll also be able to save or print right from the recipe itself:

If you choose to “save” the recipe, you’ll see a screen like this:

You can then add it to either your recipe box, or your recipe box AND shopping list. And that will take you to your recipe box, meal plan and all your saved recipes. Pretty neat, right? You can even search grocery deals from your local grocery store.

As always, feel free to email me with any questions. Thanks for reading!
