Tell me about yourself and how you started food blogging.

I am a registered dietitian, mum and love the travel. I started blogging after my daughter was born nearly 4 years ago for fun.

Take me through your day.

A typical day is like most Mums, up at 7 am feed and bath kids take J to pre-school and have a walk with my one year old. Return home. If he naps I try to blog, read other blogs and find cool articles to link to Facebook and tweet, clean house then pick her up at lunchtime.

Noon- have lunch, play with kids outside in the yard, let them nap and cook evening meal. When they wake, play more and eat about 6 pm. Maybe have a walk in the evening, go for ice cream, see friends then at 8-8.30pm get them to bed.

In the evening hang out with hubby if he is home and blog, work on presentations. I give professional presentations.

What is your one must-have kitchen tool or gadget?

An electric kettle to make tea, I am a Brit.
