Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of posts lately (and an apology in advance, because there won’t probably be a new post until Tuesday). My husband is off of work for spring break so I’m working a lot, but also enjoying some time with him. Right now (well, not right now, but as soon as I’m finished writing this), we are enjoying an oberon, the sunshine, and some quality time with our beautiful daughter.

This weekend we’re going to spend some time with extended family out of town for Easter. So have a blessed holiday, and I will have some great recipes for you when life gets back to our normal routine.
