They even have a section on their website full of pancake (and waffle) recipes. I’m personally eyeing the Cinnamon-Streusel Pancakes, they sound like such a delicious treat.

As of lately I have been baking with the White Whole Wheat Flour. I also go through a lot of bags of their Bread Flour for pizza dough. We make pizza about once a week at home and always use the bread flour because of the high gluten content.

Since the question asks for favorite in baking, it’s gotta be unbleached all-purpose flour. However, asking about favorite flour for pancakes is a different answer.

I normally use a blend of all-purpose ultragrain flour, and whole wheat. Although, I’m finishing my 1st week of a gluten free diet, so I’ve tried GF all purpose, and will try brown rice flour today. The rest of my family isn’t GF though, so I still bake with my usual blend for them
